Job description

Position: Hyperion Admin
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Duration: 6 month+ contract
Interview: Hire off phone/Skype

Hyperion-related configuration.
Create, modify and maintain BSO and ASO Essbase cubes in Essbase version 11

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of human capital analytics experience
• Advanced proficiency with MS products (Excel, including experience with pivot tables, vlookups, etc., PowerPoint)
• Current experience in data reporting and analysis
• Extracting data from HCM systems
• Visual representation of data
• Communication of data insights
• Demonstrated capability of building strong working relationships with team, clients, and management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated consultative, and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, process, deadlines and quality results
• Project management skills a plus
• IT systems knowledge a plus
