Job description

Role Overview:
Finance Planning and Analyst with experience in BE finance forecast process, financial tools (e.g. Business Objects, and Excel), and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly/Quarterly OPEX support for AI Software and Platform org budget, supports forecasting, hyperion budget submission, accrual and reporting.
  • Monthly/Quarterly COGS support for AI Software and Platform Org, works with Enginner team to closely monitor Hosting Cost under control.
  • P&L submission support: monthly P&L submission for AI Solutions (SUB BE) including Bookings Demontra Load, P&L hyperion load, Bookings, Revenue, Cost, ARR, RRDR submissions etc.
  • Monthly Gross Margin file refresh.
  • Monthly tracking of acquisitions fcst on WD+3.
  • Support Annual Planning/Long Range Planning submission.
  • Drive financial operational improvements, reporting automation and other efficiencies.
  • Other Ad hoc projects.

Required Skills:
  • Oracle Hyperion Planning.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ year experience.
