Job Title: HR Program Manager
Location: Herndon, VA/DC Metro Area

Key Responsibilities

M&A HR Integration & Strategy

  • Supports the successful execution of HR workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution
  • Monitors and ensures timely and seamless partnership between HR and business leaders, legal, and finance teams to assess organizational structures, talent, cost, and cultural alignment
  • Develop and execute integration roadmaps covering onboarding, compensation/benefits alignment, talent retention, and organizational design
  • Identify and mitigate people-related risks during transitions

HR Program Management

  • Executes components of cross-functional HR programs (e.g., talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation and benefits processes and process improvement/automation)
  • Establish program governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
  • Coordinate across HR to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives while maintaining high-quality execution
  • Organize content and plan for HR monthly and quarterly meetings and business reviews

Talent Analytics & Insights

  • Supports the development and execution of data planning and assessment strategy
  • Analyze workforce data to identify talent trends, anomalies, and risks (e.g., attrition spikes, engagement gaps, hiring inefficiencies)
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders
  • Build requirements for and monitor dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor organizational health and program effectiveness
  • Conduct scenario planning and predictive analysis to inform workforce strategy

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and deliver scalable, streamlined solutions
  • Standardize processes across business units, especially during post-M&A integration
  • Implement tools and systems that enhance HR operations and employee experience
  • Organize HR-related content across various media and applications to optimize employee awareness and enablement of HR policies, processes & applications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Previous professional experience can substitute for a formal degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations, program management, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce data analysis and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management, analytics, and change management
  • and problem-solving skills

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$124,800.00-155,300.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
