Job description

Job Summary: The Human Resources Department is looking for a HRIS Administrator to maintain all aspects of employee 
data in multiple information systems. This role is based on site at the Middletown RI campus and will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and system efficiency within various HRIS systems and databases, including ADP Workforce Now, Deltek (Time & Expense, CostPoint), and Cornerstone (Learning Management & Recruiting).
Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Administration, provisioning, and maintenance of all employee data in various HRIS systems.
  • Participates in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades.
  • Creates and automates the delivery of Human Resourcesspecific reports for operational use, as well as adhoc reports.
  • Performs quarterly audits to ensure accuracy, consistency throughout multiple systems, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. 
  • Assists in the administration, maintenance, and modifications of the HRIS processes, procedures, and navigation training guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects and general Human Resources responsibilities.
