An HR representative provides recruitment, hiring, and administrative support in the HR department of a company. As an HR representative, your duties include creating job postings, interviewing candidates, assisting with payroll management, and helping employees understand the scope of their job responsibilities as well as their benefits. You must monitor employee programs, like childcare and recreation, to ensure they are beneficial to employees.
