How to become an HR representative?

The primary qualifications for getting a job as an HR representative are a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Many start their human resources careers with an internship while they are still at school; internship programs provide valuable hands-on experience in the industry. Once you've finished schooling, you may obtain a junior position in a human resources department and work your way up to an HR representative position, or you can find some companies that consider HR representatives entry-level positions and may hire candidates with no experience.
