Sigma, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Representative to work onsite at Carlisle, PA.
Shifts: Phone Screen and Site Tour
Mon-Fri 8-5pm
Job Description:

  • Provides Human Resources support and services to the six (6) non-union facilities.
  • Activities will include, but not limited to employee relations, HR administration, recruiting, assist employees with questions/concerns, provide guidance to supervisors, policy and program compliance, employee engagement activities, filing, records retention etc.
Requirements:
  • HR experience (2-5 minimum)
  • Computer skills - proficient in MS Office, Kronos is preferred
  • Hourly production recruiting
  • Confidentiality and integrity are must haves
  • Self-starter, motivated, independent worker
  • Relationship builder, influences others, collaborates
  • Lead and embrace change
