A-Line Staffing is now hiring Human Resources Representative in Boise, ID . The Human Resources Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

This role is 100% on-site and candidates must be local to Boise, ID. Human Resources Representative Compensation The pay for this position is $28.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Human Resources Representative Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, standard business hours (40 hours/week) Human Resources Representative Responsibilities Support global talent programs by coordinating communications, systems enablement, and program operations activities Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across global audiences Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of program updates and announcements Partner with Talent Partners and program leaders to translate program updates into clear messaging for stakeholders Support execution of talent programs including launches, nominations, and internal campaigns Assist with administration and optimization of HR/talent systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Viva, SharePoint) Support system testing, updates, and rollout of new features or process improvements Create and maintain job aids, FAQs, training materials, and user guides Serve as a coordination point for system-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed Assist in compiling and maintaining talent dashboards, reports, and workforce data Ensure accurate data entry and tracking within HR systems Support program governance activities including milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies Coordinate meetings, capture notes, track follow-ups, and ensure accountability across workstreams Maintain program documentation, SOPs, trackers, and shared repositories Support continuous process improvement and scalable workflow development Human Resources Representative Requirements 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, program coordination, or administrative support Experience supporting internal communications (drafting and distributing messaging) Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Viva, or similar Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be local to Boise, ID and fully on-site Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Human Resources Representative Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting global HR or talent operations programs Experience creating SOPs, training materials, or user guides Exposure to reporting or workforce dashboards Experience in large matrixed or Fortune 500 environments If you think you would be a fit for this position please apply to this posting with Silvana M. with A-Line for immediate consideration!
