Job description

POSITION: Human Resources Contractor
LOCATION: DSST Home Office (Denver,Co)
PAY: $40-$50 per hour
SCHEDULE: approximately 20-40 hours per week. We will discuss your availability for part-time or full-time work during the interview process.
STATUS: Seasonal fixed term contractor, temporary, benefits in-eligible (does not qualify for benefits outlined in total rewards), in-person position
START: Immediate
DETAILS
This Human Resources contractor will support various HR functions such as but not limited to:
• FMLA and leave administration
• Special Education and social worker licensure compliance
• READ Act
• ESSA data and contingency agreements
• APS and DPS school district compliance reporting
• District contractor onboarding
• Records and administrative tasks
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of experience with FMLA paperwork
Demonstrated belief in all students and the mission of DSST.
Strong character and belief in the core values of DSST.
An ability to work and collaborate across lines of difference.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
