Job Summary The Human Resources Representative is a strategic HR professional who partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver effective people solutions aligned with business objectives. This role combines hands-on HR execution with consultative support, serving as a trusted advisor to management while ensuring compliance, consistency, and employee engagement across the organization.
Job Description - Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and tactical HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering practical HR solutions and recommendations that support business goals and workforce needs.
- Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Interpret and communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives, translating them into actionable guidance for leaders and employees.
- Support talent management activities, including onboarding, performance review processes, career development planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to improve HR programs, processes, and employee experiences.
- Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and employee feedback to support data-driven decision-making and proactively address organizational needs.
- Assist with organizational change initiatives, workforce planning efforts, and other strategic HR projects as assigned.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that supports employee development and business success.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Skills Required - Strong knowledge of human resources principles, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, managers, and leaders at all organizational levels, including senior and executive management.
- Proven ability to influence, advise, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, field-based, or technical employee populations.
- Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a multi-site, geographically dispersed, or matrixed organization.
- Experience utilizing HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay rate - $34 - $41 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
