What You'll Be Doing:
As an Operations Assistant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our warehouse and logistics operations. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Processing inbound materials and preparing warehouse receiving reports
  • Verifying sales order completion and ensuring timely processing
  • Coordinating outbound shipments and planning truck routes
  • Managing shipping documents like manifests, packing lists, and bills of lading
