About the Role
Global Escrow Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations Assistant to support centralized banking operations across multiple escrow and real estate service companies.
This position is responsible for accurately preparing and entering outgoing wire transactions into the company's banking platforms, performing daily trust account reconciliations, and helping maintain the integrity of banking operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment where accuracy is essential.
This position reports directly to the Banking Manager.
What You'll Do
Wire Processing
· Enter outgoing wire transactions into banking platforms for multiple affiliated companies.
· Review wire requests for completeness, required approvals, and supporting documentation before bank entry.
· Verify wire instructions using established procedures and checklists.
· Route completed wire entries to the Banking Manager for final approval and release.
· Monitor wire deadlines to ensure timely processing.
· Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
· Communicate with escrow teams, operations staff, and financial institutions regarding wire-related questions.
Trust Account Reconciliation
· Perform daily reconciliations for multiple escrow trust accounts.
· Research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
· Escalate unresolved issues to the Banking Manager.
- Maintain reconciliation documentation and supporting records.
Operational Support
· Follow established banking procedures, internal controls, and escrow accounting requirements.
· Maintain organized electronic records in accordance with company policies.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
· Assist with special projects and other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
· Ability to follow detailed procedures and meet daily deadlines.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred
· Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
· Previous experience in banking, accounting, escrow, financial services, or an office environment.
- Basic understanding of banking or accounting principles.
