Join Marco's Pizza, one of the fastest-growing pizza companies in the U.S., as a General Manager! We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee all aspects of our store operations. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring every customer enjoys a delicious and memorable Marco's experience.

As General Manager, you'll be the heart of our store, responsible for leading your team to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations. You'll be a hands-on leader, working alongside your team to deliver exceptional service and quality pizza. You'll also be responsible for the financial performance of your store, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities & Skills
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
