HR MANAGER - CONSULTANT - METRO DETROIT
Sage Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team!
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all Human Resource functions for our clients. The selected candidate will also provide general administrative duties with an emphasis on human resources projects including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, maintaining electronic filing systems, onboarding, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to support organizational growth and employee development while ensuring compliance in all areas of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developing implementing, maintaining, and training on HR policies
  • Directing onboarding, open enrollment, and hiring.
  • Managing payroll, benefits, compliance, documentation, filing, etc.
  • Partnering with leadership to achieve key strategic plans

REQUIREMENTS:
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field, HR preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (SHRM, PHR, etc)
  • Minimum of 3 years HR Manager or Generalist level experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws
