As a Full Time or Part Time Human Resources Recruiting Intern at HR-1, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the recruitment of top-tier talent for Universal Logistics Holdings. This internship is designed for an enthusiastic, people-oriented individual interested in learning the fundamentals of corporate recruiting and talent acquisition. You will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while building valuable professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach initiatives
  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support resume screening and initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to learn role requirements and business needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with recruiting reports and basic metrics analysis
  • Participate in campus recruiting, career fairs, or hiring events as needed


Internship Qualifications
