Human Resources Assistant
The HR Assistant supports the HR Supervisor with full-cycle recruiting efforts while also assisting with general HR and administrative functions. This role is primarily focused on talent acquisition and plays a key part in creating a positive candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Support
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Provide general HR and administrative support
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries and support HR projects as needed
Recruiting
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting through hire
