Assistant Property Manager 

Reports to: Property Manager 

Location: Tyler, Texas

Units: 192

Salary: $22.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 50% rent discount for onsite living

Summary:

The Ridge at Tyler is seeking a competent Full-Time Assistant Property Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 192-unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare market surveys
  • Outreach marketing and updating online ads
  • All leasing functions including evictions and move ins

  • Resident event planning
  • Upkeep with the property's social media accounts
