ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled during standard business hours, with daily dispatch from home to your assigned Detroit-area property.


As our Affordable Housing Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of your assigned property. You'll assist prospective residents with the application process, support current residents by addressing concerns with professionalism, and ensure all interactions reflect a high level of service. You will coordinate maintenance needs to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, and manage annual recertifications to ensure compliance.
