Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll lead our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. From menu development to kitchen management, you'll ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity are upheld in every dish.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the culinary team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee menu development, ensuring creativity, quality, and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for culinary operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary management or related field.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of team development and motivation.
  • Knowledge of culinary trends and industry best practices.
