Position Summary:

The Cook-Hourly position is essential in delivering high-quality food preparation and service within the accommodation and food services industry. This role focuses on preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards, and ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed. The cook will work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain efficient kitchen operations and timely meal service. Attention to detail and consistency in food presentation and taste are critical to enhancing guest satisfaction. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to the overall dining experience by producing delicious, safe, and visually appealing meals in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
