Position Summary:
Ensure the accuracy of contract data in regard to customers and products within the various applications of the computer system(s). Interacts with Purchasing, Customer Service, Credit, and Information Systems departments, Multi-Unit Account Executives, customers, and vendors. Primary responsibilities of position include all aspects of Department of Defense military food contract. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
  • New vendor and new item set up within system, item substitution maintenance.
  • Military contract requirements, including but not limited to aged inventory, margin integrity, rebate requests and new item requests
  • Vendor maintenance and compliance; vendor billback maintenance.
  • Price contract maintenance, price testing and verification.
  • Customer product documentation maintenance. Warehouse notification of product changes, adds, and deletes. Assistance with customer purchasing reviews and customer surcharge maintenance.
  • Order guide set up and maintenance. Assistance with promotions, menu changes, and dead and slow inventory.
  • Earned income tracking.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
2 - 4 years' experience with customer pricing, contracts, products, purchasing and/or accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4-6 years' experience in procurement and / or accounting experience. Product knowledge and / or foodservice industry and supervisory experience.
