  • Oversee and support sales personnel responsible for generating external food & beverage business and concession partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, venue partners, event organizers, sponsors, and hospitality clients
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with liquor brands, beverage suppliers, food vendors, distributors, and experiential partners
  • Negotiate sponsorship support, product partnerships, activations, and beverage programming opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to develop branded hospitality experiences and revenue-generating activations

Culinary & Experiential Development

  • Curate and develop innovative food and beverage concepts that elevate the guest experience and align with event brands and audiences
  • Source, negotiate, and manage food vendor partnerships including local restaurants, chefs, food trucks, caterers, and pop-up operators

  • Assist with menu development, beverage programming, pricing strategies, and operational layouts for concession environments
  • Partner with creative and production teams to integrate food & beverage experiences into broader event storytelling and experiential design

Liquor Store & Beverage Operations Oversight

  • Oversee operations of the affiliated liquor store and ensure alignment with concessions purchasing, inventory, and event support needs
  • Manage liquor purchasing, allocations, supplier & distributor relationships, and beverage inventory strategies across all business units to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol sales and service laws, licensing requirements, and operational procedures
  • Monitor beverage cost controls, product usage, inventory movement, and operational efficiencies
  • Support product innovation and strategic beverage offerings across concessions and hospitality environments
