Director of Business Development Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of sales experience in catering, event sales for luxury hotel, boutique hotel, or high-end catering group (candidates from other industries will not be considered)
  • Demonstrated success driving new business and expanding current accounts within the events or luxury hospitality sectors
  • Track record managing large-scale, complex corporate and social events
  • Advanced skills in sales planning, sales management, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of facility showcasing, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Well-established network of corporate customer contacts in the Greater Boston area
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional presence and mature, polished demeanor
