Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Position: General Manager
Location: Denver International Airport (DEN), United Club Lounges
Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
Benefits: PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision after 30 days
 
Job Summary:
Oversee all operations for United Club Lounges, high volume airport lounges offering grab and go food and amenities to United travelers. Responsible for P&L, HR functions, customer relations, and coordination with culinary leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day lounge operations, scheduling, payroll, and training
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost controls
  • Conduct HR functions (hiring, counseling, terminations)
  • Maintain strong client and guest relationships
  • Collaborate with chefs and management on menu development and food quality
  • Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
  • 5+ years of foodservice operations experience
  • High volume production and catering background
  • Budget management experience
  • Background in contract foodservice, sports/conferencing, or business dining preferred
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
