Are you a culinary professional seeking a prestigious and rewarding opportunity? Look no further! The Shore and Country Club is now hiring talented Grill Cooks to join our dedicated team!

We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions. We are looking for candidates who are available to work 25-40 hours per week. Ability to work on weekends and holidays during the season is a must.
Responsibilities:
Execute food preparation and presentation according to Club standards and member preferences.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure menu consistency and quality.
Contribute creative ideas and assist in menu development and special event planning.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
Uphold a professional demeanor and provide courteous service to members and guests at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Grill Cook in a fine dining or upscale establishment preferred.
Proficiency in culinary techniques and a strong understanding of food safety practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
