About Beyond Menu
BeyondMenu helps 15,000 independent restaurants win with digital hospitality — SEO, online ordering, guest engagement, retention, and revenue-driving tools built specifically for owner-operators. We’re a leading revenue partner for independent restaurants in this space.

If you want to build real sales skill, compete at a high level, and be part of a performance-driven revenue org, this role is for you.

The Role
We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive new business through cold outbound — calling restaurant owners & decision makers, creating urgency, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

This is a phone-first, high-volume prospecting role — ideal for competitive sellers who want to build elite sales fundamentals.

You will prospect, cold call, handle objections, control conversations, and win decision-maker attention — daily. If you want to build real sales skill, compete at a high level, and be part of a performance-driven revenue org, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Cold call restaurant owners to generate qualified meetings for AEs
  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, follow-ups, tasks)
  • Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations
  • Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers
  • Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce
  • Hit daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set
  • Continuously improve through call coaching, QA, and performance feedback
Who We're Looking For:
  • You’re likely a strong fit if you:
  • Enjoy cold calling and live sales conversations
  • Want to build real sales skill (objection handling, control, closing for next steps)
  • Are comfortable with rejection, pressure, and accountability
  • Bring energy, urgency, and coachability
  • Track your numbers and take pride in performance
  • Want a clear path to AE or closing roles
Preferred Background
  • SDR / BDR experience OR high-drive entry-level sales talent
  • Experience in outbound, call-center, SMB, or high-velocity sales is a plus
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or local business exposure is helpful — not required
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly + uncapped commission
  • Comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Clear execution standards
  • Structured daily call coaching and QA
  • Real - time daily scorecards and performance feedback
  • Fast track to Coaching or Account Executive roles for top performers
