Collection Representative – Stable Pay with Incentives

We are seeking a dependable Collection Representative to join our team. This position focuses on consistent account resolution, excellent consumer communication, and strict compliance with all regulations. 
Pay Structure:
  • Competitive hourly base pay

Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Monday–Thursday 7 AM- 4 PM Friday 7 AM- 12PM
  • Consistent daytime schedule
  • No overnight shifts or weekends
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with consumers regarding unpaid accounts respectfully and professionally
  • Accept and post payments accurately
  • Explain account balances, payment options, and next steps
  • Conduct follow-ups according to company procedures
  • Maintain complete and accurate account records
  • Escalate accounts appropriately when further action is authorized
Qualifications:
  • Experience in collections, billing, customer service, or related fields preferred
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while following structured procedures
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
  • Excellent verbal, typing skills and written communication skills are a must
