HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas regularly to verify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels during peak times while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Ability and require to clean rooms due to occupancy or business requirements.
