Opensity Solutions is seeking a polished and service-oriented Hospitality Associate to support daily operations within a professional law firm environment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service while maintaining conference rooms, hospitality areas, office support spaces, and overall office presentation standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality or office services experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate setting. This position also requires flexibility to provide receptionist coverage and assist with office furniture moves and workspace set-ups as needed

  • Position: Corporate Hospitality Associate
  • Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Payrate: $27-$29 per hour

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous service to attorneys, clients, visitors, and employees
  • Set up, reset, and refresh conference rooms and meeting spaces
  • Coordinate catering set-up and hospitality services for meetings and events
  • Stock and maintain kitchens, conference rooms, and office support areas
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the office
  • Submit maintenance requests and communicate facilities concerns as needed
  • Set up visitor offices and new employee workspaces
  • Organize and distribute office supplies and equipment
  • Load, unload, and operate dishwashers at designated times
  • Clean and stock printer and copy stations
  • Receive and stock supply deliveries
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
  • Provide receptionist coverage during breaks, lunches, and absences
  • Assist with copying, scanning, and document assembly projects
  • Support office reconfigurations and move furniture as needed
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality, conference services, catering, office services, or a professional services environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move office furniture when needed
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong client service mindset
