Job Summary

Kettle Heroes Popcorn is hiring a full‐time Food Production Operator to support popping, seasoning, packaging, and warehouse operations in our clean, fast‐paced food manufacturing facility in Tempe, AZ and West Chandler, AZ. This role is hands‐on, team‐oriented, and essential to producing the high‐quality popcorn our customers love.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate popping kettles, mixers, and packaging equipment

  • Season and package popcorn according to batch specifications

  • Label, seal, and palletize finished goods

  • Follow all food‐safety, sanitation, and quality procedures (GMP, HACCP)

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit‐ready

  • Assist with inventory, staging, and material handling

  • Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Work efficiently in a warm, fast‐paced production environment

Schedule

  • Full‐time

  • Monday–Friday, 6:00am– 2:00pm

  • Occasional Saturdays during peak seasonal periods

  • Paid breaks

  • Voluntary overtime available

Compensation & Benefits

  • $17.50–$21.00/hr (based on experience and skills)
