Join the team at 9 Aviles, Saint Augustine's premier wedding venue with a perfect 5-star Google rating maintained for three consecutive years. We're seeking an exceptional Event Planner to coordinate memorable wedding experiences in one of Florida's most romantic historic settings.
UNIQUE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE - EARN $32.50-$45+/HOUR EFFECTIVE RATE
• Base Pay: $20.00/hour for all hours worked
• Performance Bonus: $1,000 per wedding event (when venue receives 5-star review)
• Monthly Earning Potential: $5,200-$7,200+ with 2-4 events
• Significantly exceeds Florida's average event planner rate of $22.75/hour
Example: Coordinate just 2 weddings/month = $32.50/hour effective rate
Coordinate 4 weddings/month = $45.00/hour effective rate
IDEAL SCHEDULE FOR WORK-LIFE BALANCE
