Job description

Are you outgoing, motivated, and looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and events?

We’re hiring a Special Event Management Assistant to represent established and nationally recognized charitable organizations at live promotional events and community campaigns.

This is a customer-facing, on-site support role. You will not plan, schedule, budget, coordinate, or manage events. Our management team handles event planning and logistics—you’ll help execute campaigns and engage with the public at events.

What You’ll Do
  • Represent charitable organizations professionally at live events.
  • Engage with customers, attendees, and the community.
  • Support promotional campaigns and on-site event activities.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as directed.
  • Follow campaign guidelines and work closely with management.
  • Develop valuable skills in communication, marketing, sales, customer service, and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, or events is a plus—but not required.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Health and dental insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Professional development
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Supportive team environment
  • Hands-on marketing and promotional experience

This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates and recent graduates who enjoy working with people and want to develop valuable professional skills.
