Position Overview:


Do you love creating meaningful first impressions and welcoming clients into an exceptional journey? TheHospitality Associate will be one of the first points of contact for our clients and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, relaxed and memorable environment.

This is not a traditional reception role. We are looking for someone who understands the art of refined hospitality and takes pride in anticipating the needs of our clients.


As a Hospitality Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:

Client Welcome & Hospitality

  • Warmly welcome and acknowledge every client entering the boutique.
  • Create a welcoming, refined and comfortable atmosphere.
  • Offer and prepare refreshments, including coffee, tea, water and other beverages as appropriate for the boutique.
  • Provide attentive yet discreet hospitality throughout the client's visit.
  • Assist with seating and appointments and coordinate with the appropriate Hospitality team member or Sales Associate.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to VIP clients and special guests.


Client Experience

  • Work closely with Hospitality and Sales teams to create a seamless client journey.
  • Assist with private appointments, special visits and client events.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide assistance.
  • Ensure clients are comfortable while waiting for appointments or services.
  • Support a consistent and elevated experience across sales, hospitality and after-sales interactions.


Service Workshop & After-Sales

  • Welcome clients visiting the service workshop.
  • Assist with the hospitality component of service and after-sales visits.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate team member when a client arrives for a service appointment.
  • Help ensure the client receives the same level of care and attention throughout the service experience.


Boutique Presentation

  • Maintain impeccable presentation of the hospitality, bar and client areas.
  • Ensure hospitality areas are clean, organized and appropriately stocked.
  • Monitor hospitality supplies and communicate replenishment requirements.
  • Maintain the overall atmosphere and presentation of the boutique throughout the day.
  • Follow all applicable health, safety and operational standards.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and special events as required.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Expected Base Salary Range:
