Job description

SnapMagic is building the digital growth engine for the global electronics industry.
Our core platform, SnapMagic Search (formerly SnapEDA), already reaches 2M+ engineers annually and is the default discovery layer for electronic components. We're now scaling SnapMagic Copilot, built on a proprietary dataset of 10M+ components, serving as the discovery and demand layer for the global electronics industry.
We've doubled revenue since our seed round with a small team operating at a very high bar. What we need now is someone to turn momentum into a machine.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clarity out of complexity, using AI and automation to create leverage, and earning a seat at the most strategic parts of the business by making execution work.
Who this is for
We're hiring a Head of Business Operations to join SnapMagic's leadership team and help drive both strategy and execution across the company.
This is a leadership, hands-on builder role for someone who can move fluidly between company-level strategy and detailed execution, and who naturally looks for ways to use AI, automation, and systems to multiply output. You will partner closely with the CEO and functional leaders to turn priorities into clear plans, operating systems, automated workflows, and consistent follow-through.
Your mission is simple: help turn SnapMagic's momentum into a scalable operating machine. You will own clarity, cadence, and follow-through across the company, whether that means improving internal operations, sharpening GTM execution, strengthening recruiting operations, or building the systems that make execution repeatable.
You will work closely with the CEO and functional leads as a trusted partner in both decision-making and execution. Your scope will span business operations, GTM strategy, recruiting operations, internal systems, company planning, and cross-functional execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the full operating loop: diagnosing ambiguous problems, creating the plan, rolling up their sleeves to implement it, and then turning it into a repeatable system. It will include plenty of rinse/wash/repeat operating discipline, but that work is the doorway into the most strategic parts of the company: launching new products, improving 0→1 GTM motions, scaling customer and partner operations, and helping the leadership team turn ambitious ideas into repeatable execution.
Your role is not to do everything yourself. Your role is to design the systems, automations, AI workflows, tools, and vendor leverage that allow execution to scale without heroics.
You will:
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic priorities across business operations, GTM execution, recruiting, internal systems, and company planning
  • Identify repetitive, manual, or coordination-heavy work across the company and replace it with automation, AI workflows, or better systems before it becomes anyone's job to do it by hand
  • Take ambiguous, high-stakes problems directly from the CEO and own them end-to-end - diagnose, build, ship, iterate
  • Run and continuously improve the company's weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms with discipline and consistency
  • Design trigger-based workflows and automation so execution does not rely on memory, meetings, or manual follow-up
  • Actively push SnapMagic toward becoming an AI-native company, defining, building, and improving the AI-enabled workflows that multiply what a small team can do
  • Own recruiting operations, onboarding, and key internal workflows that help the team run smoothly.
  • Maintain clean, reliable systems across HubSpot, financial tooling, documentation, and internal workflows
  • Help drive GTM operating cadence, including pipeline hygiene, customer follow-through, reporting, and cross-functional execution
  • Design, automate, and improve processes - while ensuring things work accurately before they are automated
  • Design systems that reduce coordination overhead and multiply team leverage
  • Partner on strategic company initiatives, including new product launches, 0→1 GTM motions, AI-native operating workflows, and cross-functional execution priorities

Your bar is simple and high: the company operates with clarity, reliability, and momentum. This role is deeply satisfying for someone who wants real leadership ownership and proximity to the most strategic parts of the business, while also enjoying the rinse/wash/repeat work of making processes cleaner, tighter, more automated, and more reliable. In an AI-native company, we believe how we operate becomes part of our product advantage and core company IP. At SnapMagic, strong operations and AI-native execution are not back-office support. They are a competitive advantage.
How we work
  • In office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Remote: Tuesday, Thursday
What we offer
  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) (non-matching)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Catered lunches on in-office days
  • A collaborative, low-ego, fast-moving, results-driven team
