We serve military talent and individuals with disabilities, and we connect certified, skilled candidates from all communities with the right opportunities, whether or not they hold a traditional degree.ย  We currently have 200K+ members and growing, with a significant emphasis on IT support, UX/UI design, Project Management, Data Analyst, and customer service.ย  This teammate is tasked with identifying potential enterprise accounts and actively conducting outbound activity to connect with coaches, champions, and executive buyers.ย  Targets include Fortune 500 companies, change makers/influencers in this space and previous industry connections.ย 

CareerCircle is seeking a motivated Enterprise Business Development Leader to join their growing team. They are responsible for building, leading, and scaling CareerCircle's sales organization. This leader will drive national growth by developing strategic employer partnerships, expanding enterprise accounts, and positioning CareerCircle as the premier partner for skills based hiring and community driven talent solutions.

This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for transforming the way companies hire and support talent.

Candidates must have a forward-thinking mindset with a consistent focus on business development.ย  An inquisitive nature coupled with a strong desire to help build a digital sales model is imperative.ย  The individual must be tenacious, strategic and demonstrate the ability to work in a fluid environment. They will be responsible for understanding and presenting key attributes and benefits of CareerCircle to potential customers, identifying opportunities for CareerCircle partnerships with enterprise accounts across the country, and working with the sales team to drive revenue.ย  The person must be skilled with effective discovery to drive the appropriate level of consultation required. It is preferred that individuals in this role have a background in national sales selling enterprise staffing deals and a proven track record leading winning teams.ย  At a minimum, proven track record of success in staffing and/or HR tech sales.

It is critical that this person has strong communication and leadership skills as they will be expected to interface with executives.ย  CareerCircle values effort, mindset, and integrity and is seeking individuals who hold themselves to high standards in those areas.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop National Sales Strategy - Build and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with CareerCircle's mission and revenue goals.
  • Expand Employer Partnerships - Identify, pursue, and secure enterprise level partnerships across multiple industries.
  • Drive Market Positioning - Elevate CareerCircle's brand as a leader in inclusive hiring and workforce development.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management

  • Own Revenue Targets - Forecast, track, and deliver against aggressive national revenue goals.
  • Optimize Sales Pipeline - Implement systems, processes, and KPIs to ensure predictable, scalable growth.
  • Lead Enterprise Negotiations - Oversee high value proposals, pricing strategies, and contract execution.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build High Performing Teams - Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Coach for Excellence - Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner with Marketing, Product, Community, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and client success.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of enterprise staffing and leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of national sales experience
  • Effective use of sales technology and leveraging a digital sales model.
  • Experience with skills based hiring or leading change in a similar space preferred

Salary Range:

$100,700-$176,200

The position is commission eligible

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
