Job description

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:
• Schedule both IL & HC concierge desks to ensure adequate coverage Monday through Sunday 8am-8pm.
• In the event a coverage cannot be attained due to a callout, the lead will step in and cover the vacant shift.
• Cover both IL & HC concierge lunch and breaks M-F. Security will assist in weekend coverage for lunch and breaks when the lead is not working.
• Manage Guest Suite Reservations. Oversee the booking, check-in, and check-out process for guest suite, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their guests. This includes daily communication with the concierge team to confirm all bookings have been updated in the live document.
• Manage transportation requests that are submitted to the IL & HC concierge desks.
• Manage Resident Absence submissions submitted to the IL & HC concierge desks.
• Update, develop, and implement processes to remain current with modern technologies and efficiencies.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the concierge team to align with the organizational culture, standards, mission, and vision.
Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
• Ability to obtain an Oklahoma Notary seal is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or an administrative support position is required.
• Previous experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• An extensive amount of sitting, with a moderate amount of walking and standing, and an occasional amount of kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching above the head and shoulders.
• Ability to occasionally lift and push up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent use of ordinary communication, including normal levels of hearing and vision.
• Ability to use a computer or other office equipment for an extensive period of time.
