ATI Materials is currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner located within the Greater Milwaukee Area. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead HR initiatives within the Operations Team, focusing on fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will help support labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive strategies to manage labor relations within your operations stakeholder group.
  • Investigating and resolving employee relations issues within your operations stakeholder group.
  • Support and consult on the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers and the talent acquisition group to fill open positions within your stakeholder group.
  • Support and execute talent management efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
