Job description

The HR Operations team is looking for a centralization analyst team member with skills and competency to provide support in functional areas of a human resources department. The position will process HR transaction requests from facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system. The analyst is responsible for ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines.
• Working knowledge of SOX principles.
• Experience working with an HRIS System is a MUST.
• Workday experience required.
• Workday and PeopleSoft Transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for U.S. facilities.
• Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate.
• Provide critical thinking, and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing.
• Onsite work
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer-based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail.
• Must have strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the aptitude of fast learning and comprehension in a constant process changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong follow-up, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR with a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft and COGNOS or other reporting tools
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products
