Position Summary
The Human Resources & Executive Assistant provides comprehensive recruiting, human resources, and executive administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources and executive leadership team.
The primary focus of this position is full-cycle recruiting, ensuring LiquiServe attracts and hires talented employees across multiple states. In addition to recruiting, this position supports payroll administration, employee onboarding, HR compliance, employee relations, executive scheduling, and a variety of administrative and operational projects.
The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain strict confidentiality while managing multiple priorities.
Essential Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (Primary Responsibility)
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for positions across multiple states.
  • Develop engaging job postings that attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and executive leadership.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate pipelines.
  • Represent LiquiServe professionally to candidates and promote our company culture and employment brand.
  • Continuously identify new recruiting sources and best practices to support company growth.
Human Resources
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
  • Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Support payroll preparation and maintain employee compensation records.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and enrollment.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and company employment requirements across multiple states.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
  • Maintain employee information within ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor communications.
  • Assist Accounting with administrative and recordkeeping functions.
  • Support company meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources, recruiting, or executive administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated success with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple locations or multiple states is highly preferred.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll and HR systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership is a plus.
