About the Position

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Recognition and Rewards Partner to help fuel our dynamic workplace culture through personalized employee experiences, exciting celebrations, and awesome perks.

Located at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, this role sits within the SOURCE (formerly known as HR), and plays a pivotal role in driving the employee engagement that has earned Power Design Top Workplaces awards for 13 years running.

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and execution of our company's employee recognition programs

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify program participant eligibility, ensuring all appropriate team members receive the hard-earned recognition they deserve

  • Design, procure, and distribute employee rewards ranging from virtual points, to branded swag, to custom trophies, and more

  • Curate memorable in-person and remote experiences that celebrate and recognize the amazing achievements of our teams

  • Write, design, and share virtual recognitions that highlight employee accomplishments

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, creating a seamless and supportive experience as they interact with our corporate recognition programs

  • Strategize and collaborate across teams to help implement new employee programs and incentives at both a company-wide and departmental level

  • Stay up to date on the latest culture and engagement trends, researching and develop innovative ways to achieve the ultimate employee experience

  • Assist with process management, feedback analysis, data entry, and reporting for recognition programs

  • Contribute to company-wide communications, special projects, and internal corporate events, as needed

Here's What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience supporting employee recognition and engagement programs, events, marketing, and/or human resources is required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel)

  • Experience with the Asana project management platform and Adobe Illustrator is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management

  • Creative problem solver who likes the think outside of the box

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
