Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Elderly Care Aide/CNA to join our growing team in Guilford, CT. Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
  • Monitor and record patient vitals, health changes, and daily activities
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure patient safety
  • Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to elderly clients and their families
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding patient status
Requirements:
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Connecticut
