Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)


$75,000 - $90,000/year | Full-Time | West Warwick, RI | 1st Shift | Direct Hire

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a strategic impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a growing manufacturing organization in West Warwick, RI. This is a fully onsite, permanent opportunity where you'll partner directly with leadership to drive HR strategy, employee engagement, organizational development, and business success.

What You'll Do

As the HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership while supporting daily HR operations and long-term organizational initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and leadership to support business objectives and organizational initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Lead change management, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and compliance training.
  • Administer employee leave programs including FMLA, STD, and state/federal leave laws.
  • Partner with EHS and Operations on workers' compensation and safety initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, process employment transactions, and ensure HR compliance.
  • Manage HRIS reporting and data integrity (ADP experience preferred).
  • Analyze HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop standardized HR processes, documentation, and best practices.
  • Participate in company-wide HR projects and organizational improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Significant HR Business Partner experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management experience.
  • Experience partnering with managers and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • CEBS, CPP, CAPM, or PMP certifications are a plus.

Compensation

  • $75,000-$90,000 annually
