ADP Workforce Now / ADP Lyric Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Specialist with strong expertise in ADP Lyric, plan configuration, and file feed integrations (834/CSV formats).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support ADP Workforce Now & ADP Lyric HCM modules
  • Manage benefits, payroll, workforce management, and time & attendance configurations
  • Handle file feed integrations including 834 EDI and CSV formats
  • Troubleshoot system and data integration issues
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll teams, and external vendors
  • Support testing, documentation, and system optimization initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Strong ADP Workforce Now experience
  • Hands-on ADP Lyric HCM experience
  • Expertise with 834 EDI & CSV file feeds
