Job description

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a Senior ADP Workforce Now Architect for an 8-month contract opportunity. This role is remote within the U.S., with preference for candidates working in the Eastern or Central time zones.


This position is ideal for a highly experienced ADP Workforce Now expert who can assess current platform usage, identify gaps, and lead improvements with minimal direction. The selected candidate will serve as the internal subject matter expert for ADP capabilities, configuration, integrations, workflows, and automation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the buildout and optimization of the ADP Workforce Now platform
  • Evaluate current ADP usage and recommend practical improvements across modules, workflows, and configuration
  • Design and improve ADP workflows to support HR, benefits, and operational processes
  • Streamline benefits feed integrations and reduce manual data handling
  • Build, document, and maintain comprehensive ADP SOPs for long-term operational use
  • Support integrations between ADP Workforce Now and third-party systems
  • Provide guidance on ADP automation capabilities and best practices
  • Own technical decisions related to ADP configuration, workflows, integrations, and platform functionality
  • Serve as the go-to resource for what ADP Workforce Now can support and how to best implement solutions


Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong knowledge of ADP modules, workflows, configuration, and automation capabilities
  • Experience building or supporting integrations between ADP and third-party platforms
