The Human Resources Generalist in the hospitality industry manages the day-to-day operations of the office. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, recruitment and payroll processing.
Job Description
• Recruiting and staffing;
• Employee orientation, development, and training;
• Employee relations;
• Employee communication;
• Assists in the Administration of employee benefits: Health, Dental, 401K & STD/LTD;
• Handle administration of leave of absence, worker's compensation and FMLA
• Monitor hours worked for benefit eligibility
• Administer biweekly payroll for 150 employees using ADP Workforce Now
• Respond to employment verifications and correspondence related to unemployment, garnishments etc.

Qualifications
