Pay: $80-90k annually
Position SummaryThe Employee Relations Manager leads the organization's employee relations function, overseeing complex investigations, driving policy development, and partnering with leadership to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage employee relations programs, policies, and initiatives
• Oversee complex and high-risk investigations, ensuring thorough and compliant processes
• Advise senior leadership on employee relations strategy, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support a positive workplace environment
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify risks and recommend solutions
• Coach and train managers on employee relations best practices and performance management
• Partner with legal and HR teams on sensitive matters
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or HR certification preferred
• 3 years of employee relations experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive workplace issues
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, MS Office Suite
Legal industry experience is a plus!Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
