  • Personally lead strategic global or multi-country opportunities that are critical to achieving account plan and financial goals.
  • Mentor account leaders and junior colleagues, helping strengthen performance, commercial discipline, and leadership capability.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, commercial services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, global strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue by selling complex, multi-service solutions across a broad portfolio of capabilities.
  • Track record of balancing near-term opportunity execution with long-term strategic account development.
