This is a unique position in which you will manage two key accounts, GKAM Carrier and GKAM GE. 

Position Overview

The Global Key Account Manager – Design-In & EMS is responsible for expanding and managing strategic global accounts by combining design-in growth initiatives with EMS business development. This role serves as the primary global contact for assigned customers, driving innovation, global agreements, cross-regional collaboration, and long-term business growth while positioning WE eiSos as a strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global key account strategies
  • Drive design-in opportunities, AVL positions, and global rollouts
  • Manage global RFQs, tenders, and supply agreements
  • Build relationships with executive-level customer contacts
  • Coordinate global sales activities across regions and divisions
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and technology shifts
  • Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Align customer goals with WE eiSos business objectives
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across the WE eiSos Group
  • Provide technical and commercial project support
  • Coordinate multi-country proposals and compliance requirements
  • Support product innovation and customer design requirements
  • Track global sales targets, projects, and pipeline activities
  • Ensure consistent pricing, service quality, and customer support globally
  • Lead problem-solving and escalation management across regions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, engineering, supply chain, and product management
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP project and opportunity records
  • Lead global coordination calls and share strategic account updates
  • Support long-term customer partnerships through strategic planning and service excellence

Qualifications for the Position

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with technical background also possible Professional Expertise

Experience

  • Experience managing large, complex global accounts.
  • Strong ability to develop and drive global account strategies.
  • Experience with design-in projects, design wins, AVL positioning, and multi-regional rollouts.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level, global procurement, and senior R&D leaders.
  • Strong commercial skills in global pricing, tenders, quotations, negotiations, and global supply agreements.
  • Ability to act as a single global point of contact internally and externally for strategic accounts.
  • Strong cross-functional and cross-regional coordination skills, including collaboration with sales teams, FAE, sector experts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical credibility and understanding of technical product portfolios, industry trends, project business, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
