Grimaldi Law Firm is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team full-time, IN PERSON, at our office in Hollywood, Florida.
This role is an entry-level position and ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, and helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.
The right candidate will assist with front desk responsibilities, conference room upkeep, administrative support, and general office organization.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Greet clients and visitors professionally and provide excellent customer service
โ€ข Answer phones, assist with client inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
โ€ข Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
โ€ข Prepare conference rooms for meetings and maintain clean, organized common areas
โ€ข Assist with printing, scanning, copying, filing, and mailing documents
โ€ข Support attorneys and staff with general administrative and office tasks
โ€ข Help maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains tidy and organized
Qualifications
โ€ข Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
โ€ข Comfortable multitasking in a professional office environment
โ€ข Positive attitude and willingness to learn
โ€ข Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is a plus, but not required
