Job description

We are a busy Hormone Therapy medical practice seeking a friendly, dependable and motivated Front desk Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our team 30 - 40 hours a week. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor
  2. Answer and manage a multi-line phone system.
  3. Schedule, Confirm and reschedule patient appointments.
  4. Check patients in and out efficiently.
  5. Collect payments and maintain acurate patient records.
  6. Verify patient information and assist with office paperwork
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team
  8. Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  9. Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming front desk.

Qualifications:

  1. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  2. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical office.
  4. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  5. Professional appearance and positive, upbeat personality.
