Qualifications and Skills:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform general administrative office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications (Google Workspace Preferred)
- Familiarity with computerized scheduling systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in an administrative role (Highly Preferred)
- Experience in Insurance Verification (Highly Preferred)
